Our 3 step process to resolve your symptoms for good

RELIEVE: Pain & address symptoms
In Step 1, our focus is on relieving your pain & other symptoms. This often includes lengthening tissues, increasing mobility and flexibility. Our treatments include hands on treatments by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with an expertise in pelvic & orthopedic related conditions as well as developing a unique exercise plan tailored to YOUR specific needs.

REBUILD: Strength, endurance & coordination
In Step 2, we begin to increase your strength, endurance and coordinate your body systems needed for day to day activities like lifting your kids without pain, laughing/jumping/running without leakage or pain.

RETURN: To activities you love!
In the final step, we add back in activities you had to limit due to pain or the symptoms you initially sought treatment for (ex: leaking with jumping, pain during exercise/running, return to group fitness classes). We want you to feel confident in your body's ability to handle any situation that may arise!
